AAERG
AAERG, established in 1996, is a vital component of the AMR Corporation. The members value professional development and community involvement, and recognizes that African Americans contribute close to a trillion dollars to the economy. We believe that American Airlines can position itself as a preferred airline in the African American community by enhancing marketing and outreach efforts with employee advocates.
Our Mission:
The purpose of the African American Employee Resource Group (AAERG) is to support the goals of AMR Corporation by enhancing the promotability, growth and development of African American employees.
Blythe Keeler Robinson, JD
BKRob Consulting Services Blythe is a versatile consultant who specializes in education, non-profits, fashion, networking and public relations. Blythe’s commitment to youth and education is evidenced by her work with non-profit organizations. She has worked in the field for more than 15 years. She also participates in many community service projects, which include reading to and with children, working with youth in the juvenile justice system, sitting on community boards and raising funds for non-profit organizations. Fashion has always been an interest for Blythe, and she began consulting with clients 10 years ago. She works with clients who are dealing with major life transitions, such as career changes and weight loss. Her clients come from the corporate world and the entertainment industry. Blythe believes that when you look good, you feel good and project positive energy! Blythe holds a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park and a JD from the Georgetown University Law Center.

We support our students with a wide variety of study programs, experienced instructors, state-of-the-art technology and advanced teaching methods that maximize talent to nurture artistic potential. We pride ourselves on bringing real-world experiences into the classroom and providing unrivaled hands-on training.
Classes at Beauty Schools of America® are taught bilingual. The beginner to advanced classes are tailored to specific terminology used in the professional field of interest. Classes are conveniently offered in the morning, afternoon and evening.
Beauty Schools of America® is registered with ITEC, an International company that offers exams for diplomas and certificates in 38 countries. This in turn will facilitate employment for the international student upon graduation. Our Career Placement Department assists all graduates with employment. We also offer online graduate business courses in association with Milady U. It is our constant ability to provide services that can enhance our students’ profile upon graduation.
Beauty Schools of America takes pride in charity and community events, where we render our services at no charge with the intentions to these entities. Alexandra Salazar, Regional Director of Events, works together with these organizations throughout the entire coordination process in order to ensure all needs are met, and both the organizations and our students benefit from the whole experience. With her background in advertising and client relations, she continues to build partnerships and excellent relationships with vendors, media, leaders in the fashion industry and representatives from the different communities and charities we work with.
